Today i.e. on 18.09.2020 at 2030 hrs received a complaint from Smt. Ulligatla Durga W/o Yesu,
age:28 years, occ: cook, R/o Plot no.65, Gopal nagar, gokul plots, Miyapur. N/o Piduguralla, Guntur
dist. Cell no.8186943400. which reads as follows.

Facts of the case are that 12 years ago petitioner arranged marriage was performed with one
Ulligatla Yesu S/o Veeraiah, age:30 years, occ: driver, N/o Kandukuru, in the presence of elders.
Later they blessed with two children. Since 8 years petitioner husband consuming alcohol regularly
and harassing the petitioner both mentally and physically by taking each and every petty issue. Due
to unbearable harassment petitioner went to her parents home. On 18.09.2020 at about 0700 hours
Yesu consumed alcohol and went to petitioner parents home along with his brother Raju, and try to
take away petitioner children along with him. When petitioner try to hold them, Yesu beat the
petitioner with stick, he beat petitioner mother Ramana also, due to which she received head injury.
He beat petitioner brother Sambashivarao also. Hence petitioner requested for necessary action.

Hence FIR.
