Dear parent,

We are pretty sure that you are very concerned about your child's health, so are we. They are the
future,

and we want them to be good and healthy. Everything that goes in the body may it be food, chemical or
radiation leaves its effect.

According to a study conducted by the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) in Seattle,
eating bad quality food is increasing the mortality rate at a higher speed than smoking. This being said
we felt the need to bring some facts to your attention regarding junk food.

They're called junk for some reason after all, they don't have what your child needs(nutrients) instead
they have

1. Additional sugar

2. Bad Fats

3. Processed substances

4. Lots of salt

Effects of junk food:

1. Reduction in comprehensions speed (studies ultimately)

2. Heart issues later in life

3. Physical and mental retardation

4. Digestion issues, constipation.

5. Obesity risk

6. Risk of diabetes

7. Risk of kidney problems

8. Psychological problems, tantrums, mood swings, depression, hyperactivity etc

9. Fatigue

10. Weak circulation

11. less energy

Eating junk food 4-6 times a week leads to lower math and reading skills compared with the children
who did not eat so much junk food. Eating a lot of fast food in childhood makes it hard to eat healthy in
later life, because childhood food habits solidify by adulthood.

The antidote? Surprisingly, a simple increase in fruit intake can improve the mood and reduce the
severity of atopic diseases.
