It is very important for every one of us to do regular medical check-ups. Medical
check-ups help us to detect illness and diseases early enough so that we are able to
seek for treatment as soon as possible. Presently, most of the people neglect health
especially parents work long hours in office to finance children's education and
pay bills. At the same time, teenagers forgo sleeping eight hours a night to finish
school papers and projects. Much compromises made such as insufficient sleep and
fatty diet affects human body health. In quest for achieving a good life, we must not
sacrifice our own health and medical condition. Pressure of work, school, personal
concerns make people oblivious of symptoms of serious illness or disease. Thus,
people should pay attention to troublesome health and medical conditions (cancer
and stroke). If not, they will suffer a lot when too late to be treated. Moreover,
younger
people should pay attention to blood pressure or blood sugar to prevent heart
diseases and diabetes whereas senior citizens need to go for regular check-ups to
detect certain kinds of cancer.
