Hey guys today im going to talk about 2 topics, the first topic I would like
to talk about is ….. and im gonna mention specifically 3 problems, stress is
the first one,
Stress
In our modern life everybody has stressful moments, in our jobs, school or
family, and its normal, our ancestors depended on their stress level to
hunt and survive.But nowadays combining house chores, work shifts and
even kids or partner can lead to high level of stress. , but the high level of
stress can cause.
Insomnia which has a perfect conection with what gabi talked about.
Depression
Eating disorders
Constipation
Heart disease
Skin diseases
Premature aging
Most of this problems that i mentiones reduces our quality of life and can even
lead to death in some cases.
Alcohol
Alcohol is a depressor of the central nervous system, that is, a substance that
decreases brain activity by altering the action of neurotransmitters. As this amount
increases, reactions appear, such as slow reflexes, attention problems, memory loss., .,
lack of reasoning ability and balance. At very high levels there may be severe
intoxication and cardiorespiratory arrest, with the possibility of neurological sequelae
and even death. Besides this instant problems the consumption of alcohol in a long
term alcohol can cause other problems such as
1. Liver damage
2. Stomach irritation
3. Renal dysfunction
4. Heart problems
5. Increased risk of cancer among the digestive system
larynx, pharynx, mouth, esophagus, liver, stomach, intestine, and breast.
Smoking
Are introduced into the body more than 4,700 toxic substances, In the period of
consumption of these products including nicotine (responsible for chemical
dependence), carbon monoxide (the same poisonous gas coming out of the car
exhaust) and tar, which consists of more than 50 precancerous substances.
In general are heart disease, in the lung or even in the bones (coronary, copd,
osteoporosis)
HEALTH-CARE SYSTEM
In the US the health care is not for everyone as its is formed by private
institutions, that way, only people with a good financial situation has access to
health care, that way we must be grateful f that way we must be grateful for
our health care system because, it may even appear that u don’t use it but u
certainly do.
