    Explanation for Finding 1:

     Teachers fail to blend lectures and activities during their contact time it is because the
    lack of time and intractable number of students participating in class.
     In the document used for the research, it was found out that most of the syllabi used were
    lengthy and were prepared plainly for listening, writing, reading, and speaking skills.
     It does not only focus on the specific main subject in the given course.

    people recommended using an internet or as we know for today gadgets or CALL (computer
    aided language learning). But some also want the old way like having a lectures in front of them.

    can be think critically and decide which is best for their company or team.
     Bass, McDermott, & Lalchandani (2015) By doing some other aid in the classroom the research
    say that it is helpful for the student to improve their skills through communications and there
    professional skills.
