New Substances 2020

The Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its 63rd Session in March 2020 has added the
following ten substances to Schedule I, Schedule II and Schedule IV of the 1971
Convention. The scheduling change goes into effect six months (180 days) after official
notification from the Secretary-General of the United Nations (approximately November
2020).
