Globalization is a historical process that has integrated the world in economic, political, technological, social, and cultural spheres since the late 20th century. It has transformed the world into a highly connected place and helped interaction between countries through impacts on international trade, labor markets, and greater access to education and technology. However, globalization is uneven and asymmetric, affecting countries differently based on their level of development in terms of connectivity, production organization, and consumption uniformity. While globalization provides advantages, it also presents disadvantages and consequences like extreme poverty for underdeveloped nations.

Globalization is a palpable phenomenon, especially since the end of the 20th
century and the beginning of the 21st century. Globalization is a historical process of world integration in different areas, for example in the economic, political, technological, social and cultural spheres. Globalization has transformed the world into an increasingly connected place. On the other hand, the process of globalization has helped in the interaction of countries and subjects. It has also generated a great impact on economic aspects such as the labor market, international trade, politically in a more democratic system, as well as greater access to education and technology, among others. However, globalization is uneven and asymmetric, since it affects in very different ways according to the level of development of each country worldwide; This means that it depends on connectivity and telecommunications; it supposes the spatial reorganization of production; globalizes merchandise and favors uniformity of consumption; it forms a global financial model. In this case, globalization also has advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion, globalization helps in different ways, however this can affect underdeveloped countries. On the other hand, globalization also has consequences such as: extreme poverty.
