Break Even Point (BEP):

Selling Price - Cost of Goods = BEP

Break Even Return On Adspent (BEROAS):

Selling Price / (Selling Price - Cost of Goods) = BEROAS

Important Rule:

Kill any adset that has reached your BEP and has a ROAS
below your BEROAS.
