Subject: REQUEST TO INCREASE REMUNERATION PACKAGE

Dear Sir

This is to state that I have been working on the Mohmand Dam project in the capacity of Structural
Design Expert since January 20, 2020. I was assigned to this project as replacement of Mr Salman
Hafeez, Chief Design Engineer. Considering the strenuous nature of work load, my responsibilities of
leading the entire structure design team and the significance of this project; you are requested to
increase my salary package from Rs210,000/- to Rs350,000/- at least, in accordance with current
salary scales.
