Brother, you must understand here that there is no fix pattern as such which the UPSC
follows.
The same is expected of you and others preparing for it i. e dynamicity. The life of a civil
servant, too, has no fixed patterns. They come across varying challenges so one must be
well equipped to tackle them. This is ensured by reading a lot and in detail about the
problems and coming up with subjective analysis. If you intend to learn from day to day
chores the only thing you require is 'probe'. As far as the movies are concerned, being a

That's a very good question. I came across this question on quora as I too were
searching for movies that would help me woth my UPSC preparation. Only right now, I
was going through 2017's paper which I had attempted. Check Q. 69. The first word is
event horizon. I couldn't remember why I marked the first option which reads
“observation and understanding of the universe”. But now when I am preparing for
2018's PT, I revisited the questions and googled Event Horizon and Voila! The meaning
of the phrase immediately brought back scenes from the interstellar movie....

I have never prepared for UPSC.I might bot be able to help. But I would suggest you to
watch this movie THE EXAM (hollywood) which is about a stress insterview for a high
post like CBI or smthng I dont remember much. Its a very good movie.

According to me there is no such movies that are made especially to help UPSC aspirants
to get some tips about the preparation of their exams.Although,there are lots of movies
that are helpful for students who are preparing for competitive exams.If somebody is still
believing that these movies have been released then he/she might be living in
deception. At last, I just want to say that only a 2–3 hours of movie will not have enough
content for those who are preparing for UPSC exams.

Rather then giving 3 hour to a movie frequently. I would suggest to search any topic
on youtube and see a short interesting film about that. For example :-

For world history , for every revolution, there is a short interesting documentary with
acting. It helped a lot. Because experts also give there views in-between them.
