CROSS COUNTRY SPECTATOR’S ETIQUETTE
Spectators must not interfere with the progress of the
runners. We encourage your support but ask that you remain at least 10 feet away from the running path. Do not touch, run with, or run behind any runner. Spectators are not allowed to run on the course. We ask that you do not cut across the running path to get back to the main stadium. We have approximately 150 runners in each race, and any interference with a runner’s progress will lead to protests by team coaches. Please respond to ALL directives by the course monitors and by State personnel at the START and FINISH of each race. The area inside the fence around the track in GlenOak Stadium is off limits to everyone except athletes and meet officials.

On November 13, 2011 Tydin Miller was killed in

She worked at Bethany Extended Care and Heather Ridge. Tydin’s unconditional kindness, boundless energy, and positive attitude profoundly touched all who knew her. “Small but mighty”, Tydin will be lovingly remembered by all. Consistent with Tydin’s giving spirit, she shared her organs and donated her hair to Locks of Love.
