COURSE ASSESSMENT: Group Presentations

(10%)

Instructions

1. In your tutorials you will be placed in groups of 5 or less.

2. Your tutor will give you a topic or discuss with you a topic that you wish to research.
3. Your online live assessment will be for 15 minutes. The presentation is 10 minutes and the question
and answer section is 5 minutes.
4. You can be creative in supporting your presentation with power point, video or dramatizations but
the format has first to be approved by your tutor.
5. Be aware that even with video etc., the presentation still requires that the group orally presents its
material and is prepared to defend the content.
6. Group members who do are not present on the day of presentation without an acceptable excuse
will be penalised.
