Strategic Implementation
• This is the final phase in the strategic management process. It
is the execution of the strategy.
• An important aspect of implementation is alignment. To
achieve effective strategy execution all aspects of the
organisation must be in congruence with the strategy and
every department and employee’s effort must be coordinated
towards accomplishing the strategic goals (Daft, 2012).
• Alignment is basically everything going in the same direction,
a synergistic interaction within the organisation.
