Shri Manish Nayak, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent-

State.

In pursuance of the directions issued by the Apex Court and

guidelines issued by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh in the wake

of COVID-19 outbreak, the matter was taken up through video

conferencing while adhering to the norms of social distancing

prescribed by the Government.

I.A. No. 15472/2020, an application for urgent hearing is

taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

Learned State counsel submits that case diary of the case

is not available with him. He prays for and is granted a short

adjournment to produce the case diary concerned positively as

a matter of last indulgence on the next date of hearing.

List this matter in the next week, as prayed for.
