HEALTH IS WEALTH

1. How will you make healthy your own Physical, Mental, Social and Emotional health?
Discuss/explain each in essay form (200 words each).

Many people do not understand the importance of the word health they didn’t perform
any activities. They didn’t know how to maintain good health. They ignore the physical
fitness and activities which then could lead to life threatening conditions such as heart
disease, obesity, hypertension, and many more. By enduring daily physical activities not
only improving the state and condition of the body but the state of mind as well. This can
benefit my mental state of mind by improving confidence and make me feel over all
better about myself and looks. There are four primary components that could help me to
be fit the cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular, flexibility and body composition. There are
many ways for me to maintain physical health. Certain activities should be followed daily
like regular exercise. It can be like a simple activity that should do like climbing stairs
and walking more rather than riding a cab. Also, it is important for me to eat proper and
clean food at the right time. I would also eat nutritious food such as high in fiber, low in
fat, high protein and have more vitamins. Proper sleeping pattern is also important to
maintain my physical health heathy.
The basic step towards fitness is by keeping myself calm and relaxed. This will help me
in being both mentally and bodily fit to some extent. Exercises and other forms of
workouts like dancing, yoga and etc., are the best ways to keep myself fit and these
practices will also in turn help me to be calm and composed. For any of these activities it
is important to be self-motivated. The fitness activities should be a part of my daily
routine. All this will not only maintain my physical health but also improve my lifestyle.
Humans are social creatures. We’re meant to have relationships and connections for our
health and wellness. We could be eating a healthy well-balanced diet, getting enough
sleep and exercising but still missing a vital part of our overall health. With an ageing
population and the increased profile of mental health the community is more aware of
social health. I had proven that good social wellness has both physical and mental
benefits.
Social health can be defined as our ability to interact and form meaningful relationships
with others. It also relates to how comfortably I am to adapt in social situations. Social
relationships have an impact on our mental health, physical health and morality risk. For
me to be socially healthy I should have an assertive skills rather than passive or
aggressive ones, balancing my social and personal time, being engaged with the other
people in our community, adapting in social situations, to be in myself in all the
situations, treat others with respect and care, being able to develop and maintain
friendships, creating boundaries in friendship to encourage communication and conflict
management, having a supportive network of family and friends and lastly have fun in
life. We interact with people every day. The quality and quantity of our relationships
affect our mental and physical wellbeing. Maintaining a goof level of social wellness lets
me build interpersonal relationship with others. These relationships include friendship,
intimate relationships, platonic, family and professionals or work relationships.

Emotional health plays a hand in many parts of our lives. When maintain good emotional
health it can play an important role in our school, works, relationship and physical health.
They usually say that our happiness came from being successful. To other people says
that it was an opposite. A person with a positive outlook is more likely to set goals and
work towards them. People tend to attract people with a like minded outlook and attitude.
Therefore, a happy person is likely to be surrounded by other happy people. This creates
a positive circle of support and healthy relationships. These are building blocks of
success. People with good emotional health have positive coping skills to deal. Emotional
health is determined by the amount of emotional security a person feels. I could say that
relaxing and securing life is been emotionally healthy. Someone who is emotionally
healthy has an open heart and relaxed body. Emotionally healthy people have higher self-
esteem and low anxiety. I believe in that because I don’t get involve to the fact like others
are undergoing anxiety. I had a higher self-esteem. I do not have any negative responses
and stressful or difficult situations that arise in my daily life. Instead I will be able to
maintain a calm disposition and patient with myself and others. I am not likely to be
judgmental or critical of others because I have learned to not be judgmental and critical to
myself. Emotional health helps me to be able to address and identify with my emotions
as opposed to avoiding or suppressing them. In order for me to be emotionally healthy
person I must be able to express my emotions in and assertive but healthy way.
Mental health is not just a concept that refers to an individual’s psychological and
emotional well-being. Rather than it’s a state of psychological and emotional well being
where an individual is able to use their cognitive and emotional capabilities. There are
many factors like cultural differences, competing professional theories and subjective
assessments that affect how mental health is defined. One way to think about mental
health is to look at how effectively and successfully does one person acts. So, I had some
factors of such as feeling competent, capable, able to handle the normal stress levels,
maintaining satisfying relationship and also leading an independent life. Also, this
includes recovering from difficult situations and being able to bounce back.
Mental health is related to my personality as a whole person. Thus, the most important
function of school and education is to safeguard the mental health of people or children.
Physical fitness is not the only measure of good health alone. Rather it’s just a means of
promoting mental as well as moral health of a person. The two main factors that affect
the most are feeling of inferiority and insecurity. Thus, it affects the person the most. So,
one person loses initiative and confidence. This should be avoided so that a person be
constantly encourage to believe in themselves. So I was believing in myself that I can
this, I can be what I want to be, I can achieve the life that I dream to have, I can be
confidence of what I am and also I want to encourage everyone by starting to do it from
myself.

2. Make a video that show different exercises that help your Physical, Emotional, Social, and Mental
Health Healthy. Give at least 10 exercises. 20 seconds each exercise. You can make your own creativity,
editing and use any music that you want.
