EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A radio frequency identifier (RFID) tag sensor for the real time monitoring of cracks
in civil engineering building is presented in this work. The RFID tag is equipped with a
piezoelectric sensor able to detect small movements of crack in order to prevent collapses of
buildings or civil engineering structures. The information is delivered by using the modulated
scattering technique (MST) which permits to obtain high operative ranges. The sensor is
passive, the power supply is provided by means of a suitable rect-antenna and a Chockcroft-
wave. A system prototype, operating in the X band at 10 GHz, has been designed fabricated
This business proposal is about 360-degree security system whereas we can ensure the

capture a niche market in cities like Dhaka & Chittagong through geographical segmentation
and eventually gaining more market share as our company moves toward the growth stage.

6 Feasibility Analysis
1. Technical Feasibility
2. Environmental Feasibility
Technical Feasibility
RFID technology has been used for quite a long time now, so a system designed based
on RF communication is by itself quite robust and sound. The idea of this device is to
transmit RF signal through the structure and receive the signal, then analyze it for the
consistency it should have in case of a crack less structure. But if the signal strength deviates,
then we can conclude that there might be some type of anomaly in the structure if the
building. RF receiver, after receiving the signal, hands it over to the processing module to
analyze it with respect to the standard level and give anomaly input if anything goes wrong.
Then we can publish this input via several methods according to the customer demand. It can
be expressed as a loud alarm, or using the cellular device, a SOS type of message can be sent
to the local fire brigade or the owner himself for prompt action. With present robust GSM
network of our mobile companies and existing reliable modules, feasibility and accuracy of

or rarely visited portion of the establishment. It can be a location where a boiler is situated or
a temporarily vacated place like dinning with a gas oven. Fires that can spread unnoticed in a
less crowded place can pose a great danger to the life force of the establishment. It is
imperative that a proper fire detection system, coupled with an escalation system and
emergency evacuation path are present. Our firefighting solution provides just that, firstly a
super accurate detection system in smoke detector, then an escalation system in the form of
fire alarm and emergency shutdown mechanism along with escape pathway. With proper

Cost Projection
As we can see, approximate total cost for a 2000 square feet establishment is around

markup per unit. And we can use Cash Flow Statement with the help of sale projection to
verify our project’s future profitability. Some information needs to be mentioned here that, in
