We had discussed on economic case of integration:


 Stimulates economic growth in countries
 Increase FDI and world production & services efficiently produced.
 Countries specialized in those those goods and services efficiently produced.
 Gains from free trade beyond international agreements such as WTO & GAAT.

Human Resource management


Human Resource Management (HRM) is the term used to describe formal systems devised
for the management of people within an organization. The responsibilities of a human
resource manager fall into three major areas: staffing, employee compensation and benefits,
and defining/designing work.

Using the human resource efficiently in an organization.


So there are 4 major task of HRM:

 Compensation policy
 Performance appraisal
 Staffing policy
 Management of Training & development

Later on we discussed about Case study (Health cities) and below mentioned are few
points:

 R we NH business model (quality vs cost)


 Foreign policy
 Staff approach
 Target customers
 Economical viable
 Transparable
 Transportation (connectivity)
 Walmart model vs McDonald model
 Locational (benefits vs differences)
 10-14 years longevity of company
