    s/n : HF 09027
    : problems
    . the switches of device don’t response-1
    . the LCD doesn’t display well and I attached the picture of it-2
    the battery is not charged ,althought we changed the charger -3
    and battery itself ( we used the battery and charger wich are
    working well on other device )
    the device is unable to calibrate that when I use the (500g -4
    calibration tool ) the values are unstable , althought I tried by
    . manual and factor way
