Overall Purpose of the Job:

To provide a clerical/administrative and word processing support to the community


mental health service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provision of general clerical/administrative support to all professional staffing,


as required.

2. To provide reception function, including enquires on any aspect of the


services provided, as required within Crown House service base.

3. To provide general clerical/word processing support to professional staff.

4. Recording of minutes of meetings.

5. Recording of enquires, dealing with allocation of resources and preparation of


statistical information

6. Maintenance of records and filing.

7. General personnel duties i.e. staffing returns, processes of Holiday/sickness


records, expenses, wages advice.
8. To assist in the processing and maintaining of the Petty Cash/Imprest
account and its correct operation, coding and reconciliation and
administrative support in the operation of Corporate Appointeeship
9. To assist in the processing and maintaining records of all ordering of supplies
and preparation and processing of accounts.
10. Updating and maintaining information in relevant systems e.g.SWIFT/PIMS
11. Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by line management.
