1. Replacement of Aluminium Cladding Panels


1. The aluminium cladding panels wrapping the entire façade of Menara
Boustead is found to be non compliance with the firefighting
standards of Malaysian Standards (MS2571:2017)

2. Chalking on the façade panels and Sealant discoloration fades on


panels due to long exposure
