St. Vincent’s Spa One Nineteen is your
Alabama wellness retreat, a place of peace
and tranquility. Minor guests, under
the age of 18, receiving spa services
must be accompanied by a parent or
legal guardian. To respect our guests
receiving spa services, children under
the age of 12 are prohibited. Spa One
Nineteen gladly offers childcare services for
children 4 months to 6 years of age in our
childcare center. Please make necessary
arrangements before scheduling your spa
day if your child is 6 years or older. One
Nineteen’s Childcare Center’s phone number

Robes and slippers are provided for your
rest and relaxation needs. During facial and
massage services, it is customary that you
remove undergarments, though your comfort
is primary. Your service provider will give
specifics on your service upon arrival.

Spa One Nineteen is a place of serenity
where our guests enjoy a soothing
atmosphere. Upon arrival, we ask that you
place your cell phone on silent mode or

their spa services. Lockers are available for all
guests and can be used to store belongings.

While it is best to make your appointments
in advance, we invite you to inquire anytime
regarding scheduling. Walk-in appointments
are accepted based on availability for that
day.

A R RIVAL S
As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments
begin and end on time. Spa guests are
encouraged to arrive early to begin relaxation
with a sauna, whirlpool shower, or steam room
visit. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your
scheduled spa service to experience our
all-inclusive amenities during your scheduled
service.
If you are running late, a courtesy call is
always appreciated at 205.408.6510. We will
advise on the situation and reschedule your
appointment if possible. If we are not able
to reschedule another appointment time,
your services will begin as scheduled. Your
arrival time will determine the length of your
treatment time, which will end as scheduled,
so the next guest may begin promptly.
If you need to cancel your spa appointment,
please call at least 24 hours prior to the
appointment time. Failure to do so will result
in half of the service rate charged to your
G account. A 24-hour notice is required should
you need to cancel or reschedule your single
spa service. A 48-hour notice is required on
all-day packages or multiple spa services.
Appointments not canceled within these time
frames are subject to a 50% fee of the service
value.
G R ATU I T Y
Gratuities are at the discretion of our guests
and may be adjusted at any time. If you prefer
to tip the therapist directly, no additional
gratuities are expected or necessary. For your
convenience, all traditional spa services of
group bookings have an automatic gratuity
service charge of 20% added at time of
check-out.
G I FT C A R D S
Gift cards are available for any spa product or
service and can be purchased for any value.
Spa One Nineteen also offers a selection of
yearly and seasonal spa packages. A 20%
gratuity is offered to be added at the time
of gift card purchase. Gift cards may be
exchanged for other products or services of
the same value and expire after 5 years.

Spa One Nineteen offers private packages
to include but not limited to “Girls’ Getaway”,
“Bridal Bliss”, “Becoming Baby”, “Man Cave”,
“Golfer’s Getaway” or “Couple’s Retreat”
for most of our spa services offered. A 20%
gratuity will be included in the spa treatment
price. Specialized services are available to
include brunch, lunch, or dinner. For more
information, reservations, or to customize your
group experience, please contact the Spa

Spa One Nineteen guests have the option to
add a lunch or snacks to their spa escape.
Please make accommodations with our
client coordinator upon making your spa
reservation. Spa lunches can be catered for
$20/guest with advance notice. Additional
menu items are available with advance
planning with a client coordinator or spa
manager.

Please be sure to alert your service provider
of any health conditions that may be
contraindicative for your spa services. If
you are in the early stages of pregnancy,
please consult your physician before
getting a massage. We discourage alcohol
consumption prior to, during or immediately
following spa treatments. If at any time you
are uncomfortable before, during, or after
a treatment, please inform the therapist
immediately so that we can address your
concerns. In addition, should our therapists
become uncomfortable, they are instructed
to discontinue the session immediately and
the issue will be brought to the spa manager’s
attention.
