Job Description of a Manager

As a missionary: Personal Devotional Daily before work.


Personal Development (fit rest, eat fit foods)
Work Place maintenance (cleaning and arranging)
Work in Harmony with the Mission/Conference policies I am assigned
Attend Mission/Conference Spiritual and Religious Programs

As an office worker in Marketing:

Serve Literature Evangelists by answering queries, concerns and problems.

Maintain inventory levels

Helps LE in Products marketing and promotions

Monitor LE records in their sales and accounts if there’s consignment.

Prepare reports needed to be sent to other institutions and departments

As a Manager:

Set Sales target for Group and Les

Follow up Business transaction in Govt.

Attend to Leaders Seminars and Meetings that concerns the assignment

Send report to PPH and other Institutions

Post report for updating LE Performance in the Bulletin

As a Stockiest:

Count stocks in the Bodega and keep it in order and arranged for fast and easy
release always.

Received stock from PPH shipping and haul in inside the stockroom and unpacking it.

Count and recheck if the shipment had no loses.

Order stock and request to PPH for LE Deliveries

Always pray that the books and stocks in the Bodega will all be delivered to people
that they will be ready for Jesus second coming.

Note:

Sir I cannot put them all in words but I know that I am a worker of the PPH Progress Team.
