Christian Greetings!

This is to inform your good office that the PPH CDO Branch received One Hundred Eighty Six (186) boxes.
After all the counter checking of the delivered stocks, we discovered that there is lacking forty four (44)
copies of Life of Jesus equivalent to One (1) box .

The Packing list says that the count is 186boxes but the PPH Delivery Reciept #11999 and #12000 totaled
to 187 boxes which proves that there an un accounted 1 box.

Attached herewith, the delivery receipt nos. 11999 and 12000 and packing list dated April 18,2017 from
PPH Main office Baesa Caloocan City and the consignment receipt from 2 GO office with tracking no.
A0953352A.
