AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEROR

That we BASILISA ADOLFO-CALDERON, surviving spouse, of legal age, widow, and

a resident of Phase 3 Macanhan Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City and children, namely:

Heirs of the late EDGAR ADOLFO CALDERON herein represented by: MARIVIC R.
CALDERON, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Bliss Macanhan Zone 9, Cagayan De
Oro City;

Heirs of the late MARIO ADOLFO CALDERON herein represented by: MARK REY A.
CALDERON, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Toma-saco 1 st Nazareth, Cagayan
De Oro City;

IRMA ADOLFO CALDERON, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Bonbon
Zone 5, Cagayan De Oro City ,herein represented by LAILLA CALDERON-CAPINPUYAN, of
legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Zone 9 Macanhan, Cagayan De Oro City;

FE TERESA CALDERON-FABRIA, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of Zone

9 Macanhan, Cagayan De Oro City, herein represented by LAILLA CALDERON-
CAPINPUYAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Zone 9 Macanhan, Cagayan De
Oro City;

LAILLA CALDERON-CAPINPUYAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Zone 9 Macanhan, Cagayan De Oro City, hereinafter called the Heirs, after having been duly sworn
to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

That we are the sole heirs of the late EDUARDO GALLARDO CALDERON;

That the late EDUARDO GALLARDO CALDERON was the registered owner of a parcel
of land located at Puerto, Cagayan de Oro City, evidenced by Original Certificate of Title No. P-
1154 containing an area of (35,205) square meters more or less.

That the aforesaid parcel of land subject for this transaction is within our retention area ;

That the late EDUARDO GALLARDO CALDERON was the actual developer and
cultivator of the above-described parcel of land which is free from all liens and encumbrances
whatsoever and non-tenanted.

That there is no pending case before the regular courts or any other tribunal involving the
land subject of this transaction.

That I executed this affidavit to attest the fact stated herein and for whatever legal purposes
that it may serve best.
