resident of Labney, San Jose, Tarlac, hereinafter called the DONEE.

RHEZA G. CABUSAO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of

Noveliches, Quezon City, hereinafter called the DONEE.

EUFEMIA GALAPON CABUSAO, of legal age, married to Clarito P. Cabusao,

Filipino citizen and a resident of Labney, San Jose, Tarlac, hereinafter called the
DONEE.

JENILYN T. HAMPAC, of legal age, married to Adriel A. Hampac, Filipino

citizen and a resident of Mababanaba, San Jose, Tarlac, hereinafter called the DONEE.

LOLITA G. BERNARDINO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident

of Mababanaba, San Jose, Tarlac, hereinafter called the DONEE.

MARK ANTHONY G. BERNARDINO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and

a resident of Lapaz San Marcelino Zambales, hereinafter called the DONEE.

JOHN EMMANUEL G. BERNARDINO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen

and a resident of Mababanaba, San Jose, Tarlac, hereinafter called the DONEE.

BENJAMIN ACOSTA GALAPON, of legal age, married to

______________________________, Filipino citizen and a resident of Mababanaba, San
Jose, Tarlac, hereinafter called the DONEE.

JHUSTINE BENJAMIN C. GALAPON, of legal age, _________________,

Filipino citizen and a resident of Mababanaba, San Jose, Tarlac, hereinafter called the
DONEE.

JOHN BENJAMIN C. GALAPON, of legal age, ____________________,

Filipino citizen and a resident of Mababanaba, San Jose, Tarlac, hereinafter called the
DONEE.
 WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 170486
"A parcel of agricultural land situated in the Barrio of San Juan De Mata,
Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac containing an area of FIFTY FIVE
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN (55,827) SQUARE METERS,
more or less”

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF LOVE AND AFFECTION the

DONOR HEREBY voluntarily GIVE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of
DONATION UNTO THE DONEES, the heirs, assigns, and successors in interest the
above described property, free from all liens, encumbrances and charges of whatever
kind;

That the DONOR affirms that this DONATION is not made with intent to defraud
her creditors and that her sufficient funds and property reserved for herself and her
obligations;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and received this DONATION made in favor of
the DONEES, hereby manifests gratefulness for the generosity and liberality of the
DONOR.
