WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, GIL H. GALLARDO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to Eleonor B.
Gallardo, and a resident of No. 14, Lipay, Iba, Zambales, Philippines, to wit:
WITNESSETH:
1. That I am the registered owner of a certain parcel of land, located at Bo. of Matatalaib,
Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac and being the lawful owner, I could not possibly
stay in the said lot because I am not interested;
2. That the herein property is presently mortgaged with Prime Bank;
3. That I hereby waive and quit all claims and payments need to RCP builders and Prime Bank;
4. That I could no longer meet my obligation as borrower and declare my honest intentions and
interest to the herein referred unit and;
5. That I do hereby waived and renounced all my rights, shares, interest and participation, unto
Liza Lenn Pajarillo, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and a resident of Licor, Pob.
Norte, Paniqui, Tarlac, a parcel of land particularly described as follows.
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 319819

"A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4, Block 7 of the consolidation subd. plan Pcs-03-009055,
being a portion of consolidated lots 1836-B & 1836-C, Psd-03-094653 L.R.C Rec. No. )
situated in the Bo. of Matatalaib, Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 319819, containing an area of FIFTY TWO SQUARE
METERS AND FIFTY DECIMETER (52.50), more or less”
Of which parcel of land, I am the absolute and registered owner, free from all liens and
encumbrances,
