PARTITION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Partition Agreement entered into by and between:

MARITES S. SUAREZ, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen with residence and postal address at
Barangay Calingcuan, Tarlac City, and herein referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

MARILOU S. SUAREZ, married to Avelino G.Pingol, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and resident of
Barangay Calingcuan, Tarlac City, and herein referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

RAFAEL S.SUAREZ, single, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and resident of Barangay Calingcuan,
Tarlac City, and herein referred to as the THIRD PARTY;

EDENITA SUAREZ, single, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and resident of Barangay Calingcuan,
Tarlac City, and herein referred to as the FOURTH PARTY;

EDUARDO S. SUAREZ, married to Lorita P .Sato, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and resident of
Barangay Calingcuan, Tarlac City, and herein referred to as the FIFTH PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the above-named PARTIES are the co-owners of that parcel of land situated at
Barangay Calingcuan, Tarlac City containing an area of SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY
EIGHT (6,528) SQUARE METERS covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-201614719 and more
particularly described as follows, to wit::

“A parcel of land (Lot 5 of the subdivision plan Psd-03-016572 9 (OLT) being a
portion of Lot 1-C, Psd22369 LRC Rec. No.) situated in the Barrio of Calingcuan,
Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, xxx containing an area of SIX THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT (6,528) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”
WHEREAS, the PARTIES herein caused the subdivision of the aforementioned parcel of land
into NINE (9) lots;
WHEREAS, by virtue of that Approved Subdivision Plan of LOT 5 Psd-03-016572 as surveyed
for Angel E. Suarez, the parties herein hereby Subdivide, Partition and Adjudicate among themselves the
aforementioned parcel of land as follows, to wit:
-Lot 5-A, Psd-03-194065 with an area of ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN (411) SQUARE METERS
shall be adjudicated in favor of MARILOU S. SUAREZ, SECOND PARTY herein. A copy of the
Technical Description of Lot 5-A, Psd-03-194065 is hereto attached and made part hereof.
- Lot 5-B, Psd-03-194065 with an area of TWO HUNDRED (200) SQUARE METERS, Lot 5-C,
Psd-03-194065 with an area of TWO HUNDRED (200) SQUARE METERS and Lot 5-F, Psd-03-194065
with an area of SEVENHUNDRED TWELVE (712) SQUARE METERS, shall be adjudicated in favor of
RAFAEL S.SUAREZ the THIRD PARTY, herein. Copy of the Technical Description of Lot 5-B, Psd-03-
194065, Lot 5-C, Psd-03-194065 and Lot 5-F, Psd-03-194065 is hereto attached and made part hereof;
- Lot 5-D, Psd-03-194065 with an area of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY
NINE (1,399) SQUARE METERS, shall be adjudicated in favor of MARILOU S. SUAREZ and
EDUARDO S. SUAREZ the SECOND PARTY and FIFTH PARTY, herein. Copy of the Technical
Description of Lot 5-D, Psd-03-194065 is hereto attached and made part hereof;
- Lot 5-E, Psd-03-194065 with an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY SIX
(1,236) SQUARE METERS, shall be adjudicated in favor of EDENITA SUAREZ the FOURTH PARTY,
herein. Copy of the Technical Description of Lot 5-E, Psd-03-194065 is hereto attached and made part
hereof;
- Lot 5-G, Psd-03-194065 with an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE
(1,235) SQUARE METERS, shall be adjudicated in favor of MARITES S. SUAREZ the FIRST PARTY,
herein. Copy of the Technical Description of Lot 5-G, Psd-03-194065 is hereto attached and made part
hereof;
- Lot 5-H, Psd-03-194065 with an area of SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX (786) SQUARE
METERS, shall be adjudicated in favor of RAFAEL S.SUAREZ and EDUARDO S. SUAREZ the THIRD
PARTY and FIFTH PARTY, herein. Copy of the Technical Description of Lot 5-H, Psd-03-194065 is
hereto attached and made part hereof;
WHEREAS, the parties hereto hereby request, the Registrar of Deeds of Tarlac to issue individual
Titles in accordance with this partition agreement and as per the Approved Subdivision Plan of LOT 5
Psd-03-016572 a copy of which is hereto attached for reference.

WHEREAS, the above-described parcel of land is in the possession of the PARTIES herein;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures this ____ day of

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this instrument, which pertains to a Deed of Extra-Judicial Settlement of
Estate with Deed of Absolute Sale, consisting of three (3) pages including this page on which this
Acknowledgment is written, has been signed by the parties and their two (2) instrumental witnesses on
the left margin of each of the first, second and fourth pages and on top of each of their typewritten names
on the third page.
