DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DELIA PORTES, Filipino, of legal age, widow to MR. ALFONSO PORTES, JR., and
with residence at Brgy. Lipata, Allen N. Samar for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P150,000), to me in hand and paid by
MR. CARL M. CREBELLO, Filipino, of legal age, married to MRS. LOIDA D.
CREBELLO, with residence address at Brgy. Lipata, Allen Northern Samar, DOES
HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto MR. CARL M. CREBELLO, his
heirs, and assigns, that certain parcel of residential land, together with all the buildings
and improvements thereon belonging to the vendor and in present possession of MRS.
DELIA PORTES, situated in Brgy. Lipata, Allen Northern Samar, and more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

It is hereby declared that the boundaries of the foregoing residential land are visibly by
means of markers (muhon) and residential walls: North-Banjawan, East-barangay road
crossing Thelma, South-Multipurpose Coop. (Samahang Nayon), and West-Adik; that
the documents for the acquisition of the land duly executed by the Portes Siblings are
hereby attached; that the permanent improvements existing thereon consist of woods,
Galvanized Iron (GI) sheets, floor cement, Anahaw leaves with the measurement of
10x5meters.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this deed this ______ day of
August, 2023 in Brgy. Lipata, Allen Northern Samar, Philippines.
