Our Fraternal Brother's spouse, Mrs. GEMMALYN PERNADA of Barangay Punta,

Aparri recently passed on last July 15, 2022.

In lieu of this,we, the PGDL-RAM Guardians Provincial Chapter an accredited Non-

Government Organization/Civil Service Organization (NGO/CSO) of the Cagayan Provincial
Government , as well as the Aparri LGU, and an active member of the Provincial Planning &
Development Council (PPDC) as well as the Aparri’s Municipal Planning and Development
Council would really appreciate any Financial Donation, big or small, towards her
celebration of life..

Know that your support means everything to us as we navigate this painful time.
Even though we have anticipated the passing of Mrs. Pernada because of her
sickness, nothing has prepared us for this immense feeling of loss and sorrow,
especially that they have incurred a lot of hospital debts because of her sickness that
ultimate led to her demise.

We appreciate your assistance, as we honour her towards a celebration of life.
