age, both married, residents of Sitio Malabuaya, Kayaga, Kabacan, Cotabato,
Philippines, after having dully sworn in accordance with law to hereby depose
and say:

1. That we know the person of NORAIDA HARON MOHAMAD;

2. That she/he was born on SEPTEMBER 8, 1980 at Sitio Malabuaya,
Kayaga, Kabacan, Cotabato.
3. That we know of these facts of his birth because we are close friends;
4. That we are not related to him either by consanguinity or affinity;
