MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, COLEGIO DE SAN VICENTE FERRER, INC., with official address at Laganac, Balatan,
Camarines Sur, represented herein by its President PAULO MARTIN B. VILLANUEVA, of legal age, married,
Filipino, resident of Laganac, Balatan, Camarines Sur hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY and
, of legal age, Filipino, resident of hereinafter referred to as the
SECOND PARTY, WITNESSETH:

1. That the FIRST PARTY is a private corporation engaged in the operation of a Senior High School in
Laganac, Balatan, Camarines Sur recognized by the Department of Education;

2. That the SECOND PARTY is the owner/head/manager of at Laganac, Balatan,

Camarines Sur;

3. That in line with the K to 12 Program of the Department of Education, the FIRST PARTY proposes a
program that the SECOND PARTY will have to assist the former, specifically its students in the training
and/or exposure on ; and the SECOND PARTY, mindful of the welfare of the
community of Balatan where his office operates with social responsibility in mind and the positive impact
to the community and its people this venture will provide, hereby accepts the proposal;

4. That the details of this venture, the specific obligations and responsibilities of the parties, shall be drawn as
the project progresses to be done through conferences with written exhanges of notes by and between the
parties.

5. That this memorandum shall commence on School Year 2022-2023 and renewable every after two (2)
years.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this _____________________ at
