1. We are the biological parents of Carla Camille T. Calisin, a High School graduate who is
currently applying for an entrance exam in Southern Luzon State University;
2. As Freelancer (Glass and Aluminum) and housekeeper, respectively, we are low earners;
3. Our annual income of ₱100,000 is so meager and enough only to cover our daily needs;
