I. INTRODUCTION

A Girl Scout is a worldwide organization for girls, dedicated for training them into
good citizens, good conduct,and outdoor activities founded by Robert ( later Lord)
Baden -Powel .
A Girl Scouting provides girls and young women, aged 4-21 years old, a non-
formal educational program based on the character development and ideals of
service.
