HOUSE RULES IN BILLETING QUARTERS & IN THE HOST VENUE

CD 1 ELIMINATION ON CAMPUS JOURNALISM

1. All districts for the elementary, secondary schools and private schools who
will join the CD1 Journalympics MUST REGISTER in the link provided by the
CD1 president to facilitate billeting. This is to avoid crowding in the assignment
of billeting quarters on the day of the event.

2. Cooking of foods in the billeting venues using electric stove, gas stove,
electric kettle, heater, rice cooker etc. are STRICTLY DISCOURAGED.

3. Billeting quarters will cater foods with a minimal cost of 100.00/meal

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner with free AM and PM snacks to those who will avail
complete meals for the day). Payment of foods will be collected upon
registration.

4. Maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness in the quarters/room

assignments and any place in the community MUST BE OBSERVED. A
Certificate of Recognition will be awarded to the cleanest and most orderly
delegation.

5. The opening program will be conducted on February 23, 2024 at the

gymnasium of the Host School- the SANTA ANA FISHERY NATIONAL HS. The
program will start at exactly 8:00 o’clock in the morning. It is expected that all
participants/contestants have already registered to avoid cramming.

6. After the opening program the contest proper will follow immediately.
