Existence and Multiplicity of Solutions for

Asymptotically Linear Elliptic Problems
† ‡

Resumo
This work addresses the existence and multiplicity of solution for elliptic problems with asymptotic behavior
in infinity. The approach adopted is based on the method of the Nehari manifold, which consists in minimizing
a functional on the so-called Nehari manifold N , a set that contains all the nontrivial solutions of the problem.
For multiplicity results, we use the Krasnoselski’s genus theory.
