 Generally speaking, carve outs involve
the separation of a set of related assets,
which are not strategic for the company
but currently integrated in its operations,
into a new subsidiary. Third-party capital is
then introduced into the new entity or it is
sold entirely to a strategic buyer."

Discussion & Summary


 Bagi kelompok sebanyak 8 kelompok. Setiap
kelompok terdiri dari Ketua dan Anggota
 Masing-masing kelompok berdiskusi dan membuat
ringkasan dari modul (Chapter) yang dipilih pada
material yang sudah ditentukan. Material diskusi
dan summary ada di elearning.
 Diskusi juga menjawab self assesment pada modul
yang dipilih
 Susunlah ringkasan maksimal 5 halaman, dengan
format: Kertas A4, timenewroman 10, 1 spasi, dan
margin 2cm
 Lampirkan hasil/jawaban dari self assesment dari
modul yang sudah diringkas dan letakkan pada
halaman lampiran.
 Susun materi presentasi dalam bentuk PPT
(Maksimal 10 Slide) berdasarkan hasil ringkasan
yang sudah disusun MTI - STMIK Mikroskil
