What positive experiences have you had with participation in the 11 Day Exercise Workout Routine? What effect do they have
on your current physical well-being? (10 points)

MEMBER #1: Lira, Ruben


The positive experience that I have with participation in the 11 Day exercise workout routine are the physical development and
increase of self-esteem. During the 11 day exercise workout routine, I have found out that my body is physically developing. My
muscles are getting firm, my endurance is getting better and my flexibility is increasing. This is one positive experience of mine.
Secondly, I’m more confident of myself now. I realized that the harder it takes the stronger you become. I am proud of my achievements
after the workout routine. Because of these positive experience I have, I am nor fired up to get even better and well This work out
exercise is vital in our whole being.

MEMBER #2: Montecillo, Tessamie


Well I guess the positive experience I had participating in the 11 day exercise workout is that, it improved my strength endurance.
Like I can resist more pain now. The effect in my physical well-being is getting better like my stomach begins to flat unlike before I
exercise.

The Positive experience that I got from perform the 11 day workout routine as I perform the exercise I’ve notice that I got myself and
my body to relaxed And as a teenager I loss confidence of myself and especially in my body. During this days of exercise I’ve gain
confidence that helps me to improve myself.

MEMBER #4: Perez, Megan Frizzele


The 11 day workout exercise wasn’t easy at first to performed but the day goes by I learned how to control myself to do workout
and tried to push my limits. My body started to felt the pain and tiredness that is caused by the extreme workout but everything gets
fine. Balance diet and proper exercise is the best way to get away from illnesses. I am now planning to continue my work out because
I felt relieved when I’m doing this and it gives me a relaxing feeling.

The 11 day workout routine to me was surprisingly did a very good job at keeping my body in a healthy condition granted that it
was not the best experience I got when doing the exercise in the first day of the routine but when I keep on doing it for the rest of the
week I got accustomed from the pain and exhaustion that I started to enjoy it more often than I expect myself to feel to this routine.
the 11 day workout routine has been a great hobby not only for my body but it also helps lifting my moods up the more often I do the
exercise the more I felt getting happier and relaxed.
