ALL SHE DID

ALL SHE DID
New life, she entered an unknown place,
With all faith and grace.

She was not supposed to be alone,

All she did was accept and condone.

He left her, she was in pain,

Tears filled her eyes once again.

Served his food, which he never ate,

All she did was cower and wait.

She never asked, did she deserve this life?

Where she was nothing but a co-wife.

Another week passed, he didn’t come,

All she did was cry and look glum.

Shattered from inside but silence she chose,

Coz she is a GIRL, who never learned to oppose.
