Tech devices and internet had change the world. Nowadays everyone is connected with any
person in the world, making our lives easier and efficient. This is a huge advanced for
telecommunications, for example with the sanitary emergency COVID -19, people has to stay at
home, and far away from their families o friends, so thanks to the tech advices is possible be in
contact with your loved ones. In past this wasn’t so easier, send a letter to someone else took
many days, weeks or evens months, and thinking on see your friend or family through a little
device it wasn’t an option.

The graphic shows technology usage in the UK over time. We can see that internet and broadban
stared to be used for some people or companies in 2000, quickly population with internet
increased fast and the increase hadn’t stop yet. Then in 2005 social media networks appears and
suddenly everyone has a profile on the internet, later with the past of every year a new social
media shows up and more people felt attracted to be part of the community on line. From 2010
and 2015 new devices start to show up, like tablets or smartwatch and again people wanted it, but
this fever lasted just 5 o 6 years and then people forget them a little. Technology are going to keep
changing and getting better over the years, so I’m anxious to see what is next.
