Equality is a dream that can never be achieved. What are your views?

Egalitarianism is when everyone in society is treated in a non-discriminative manner. Where

every person gets the right to express themself, their religion, speech etc. In my opinion I do
believe that this concept is a dream that can never be achieved unless the world was an utopia.
There are many reasons why it cannot be achieved.
The mindset of the people of the present in very submissive. We do see many black people in
the United States of America been discriminated. Even though the laws are setup to protect
people they haven't proven to be effective since the law enforces and the hierarchy in a country
ignores it. For instance, Goege Floyd is a man remembered by the world for his distressing
death by a police man.
Secondly if we look at the wealth of people in society, we do see a clear divergence. In society
the rich people in society gets richer and the poor get even more poor. This is because a proper
checking mechanism is not set up by the law and so the world continues to get much worse. So,
the in the end the equality cannot be achieved and we tend to move away from it.
However, the people who are most affected are women. Gender discrimination is something
that the world has suffered for centuries and still is a huge problem. Even though many
initiatives have been set up like the ‘Feminist movement’ women still face major issues. For
example, women are known to be given lower wages compared to men and they are rarely
given opportunities to become a hierarchy in an organization or in any situation where a
position matter. This is mainly because of stereotypes set up in status by people that women
are weak and not as important as men. Discrimination is something that is being fought in this
people by the world but proven to be ineffective since even now women get differentiated.
This why I believe that equality is a just a dream. Regardless of any measures taken the world
has not seen equality improving in status-co but its importance is been disregarded by many.
