use the microscope to view letter E in (x4 , x10 ,x40 )

:Objectives

see the little E in different dimension (x4 , x10 , x40 )

At first we must wet the paper and put in the slides after that fix the
slides on the stage , and use the coarse adjustment with knob to see the
paper in appropriate way

-first one on the right is the view when we used x4 lens (red one )

-The left picture is the view when we used x10 lens (yellow one)

-La middle picture is the view when we used x40 lens ( blue one )

:Discussion
the different lenss can access as the view the different microorganisms
and ( letter E ) here in different dimensions that can help us to see the
small component and particles , and study the shape of microorganisms .
First we bring the letter (e) and put on the slide. After then we put the
slide under the red lens(4X) and see it by eye lenses, I notice the letter
. has been enlarge

After then we changed the lens and put the slide under the yellow lens
. (10X)and wanted to control the course adjustment to clarify the view

Finally we changed the lens to blue lens (40X) and use the fine
. adjustment to focus the view and doesn't move course adjustment
