2. 3x2 + 6x + 3y2 +1 8y + 2 = 0

3. 5x2 - 20x + 5y2 + 30y - 11 = 0

B. Find the equation of the circle given the following conditions.

1. Passing through (9, 1), (-3, -1), and (4, -5)

2. Passing through (0, -3), (5, 1), and (-3, -7)
