Foreword
I have studied the knowledge of some different mainstream religions in the modern
world. And finally, I reverted to Islam. Returning to Allah, and submit to the supreme
Creator of heaven and earth.
Muslim faith is different from other beliefs. Reading the Qur'an and worshiping Allah,
our spirit will be firm, and we will get peace and quiet. This is because, as the Qur'an
says:
Quran 13:28
“Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of
Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.”
And in Islam, we know that God is the changer of our hearts. So, the easiest way to
know the presence of God, is to worship and remember God in the heart of the
troubled world. Then you will find that peace and patience will suddenly appear in
our heart and spirit.
In this worldly life, people are easily deluded by the material world. Many people
think that as long as they get rich, they don’t have to worry about economic
difficulties. They think they will be safe and have a sense of security in their hearts.
However, there are some rich people in the world today, but wealth does not bring
peace to them, and they don’t feel secure in their hearts.

We Muslims believe that only God can make us fearless or sad in the future, as the
Qur'an says:
Quran 10:62:
“Unquestionably, [for] the allies of Allah there will be no fear concerning them, nor
will they grieve”
So our Muslim brothers and sisters, when we are looking for a job, we may not
consider salary as the first consideration; instead, we focus our attention on finding a
halal job that God is pleased with. We want to find a job that will like the day of
Prophet Idris (PBUH). Allah revealed to Idris: ‘I would raise for you every day the
same amount of the deeds of all Adam’s children’
We want a job that provide us the chance to do good deeds every day. As the Quran
says:
Quran 18:7
“Indeed, We have made that which is on the earth adornment for it that We may test
them [as to] which of them is best in deed.”
And we want to earn rewards from Allah, as the Quran says:
Quran 28:80
“But those who had been given knowledge said, "Woe to you! The reward of Allah is
better for he who believes and does righteousness. And none are granted it except the
patient."”
As long as it is a halal job that Allah is pleased with, we will be happy and successful
in this life and next life. If we are looking for a halal job, we will have to explore it
from the knowledge of Qur'an. As the Quran says:
Quran 2:252
“These are the verses of Allah which We recite to you, [O Muhammad], in truth. And
indeed, you are from among the messengers.”
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), is the greatest person in the history of mankind. Quran
is the Book of Enlightenment, and Quran is the fountain-head of all knowledge.
I am going to share the process of searching halal jobs in modern world, in the guide
of reading the Holy Quran.
What is the preoccupation of most of our Muslim brothers and sisters in the modern
world? I think that with the exception of some wealthier Muslims, most of our
Muslim brothers and sisters need halal jobs with stable income and support for their
families.
Surely, we Muslims like to receive the generous support given by God through
beautiful work, so that our material and spiritual talents can be rich at the same time.
However, in the modern society, due to the advance of science and technology, and
also the modern financial system, people rarely have the opportunity to use their
talents to work. In ancient times, due to geographical factors, Muslims engaged in
commercial trade to obtain wealth. In the dangerous desert, without the help of
modern technology, only the Servant of Allah had the confidence to cross the Central
Asian continent; and only the Servant of Allah had the bravery to take the merchant
ship in the rough sea.
This risk of making a living makes believers pray more to God for peace. Therefore,
the definitions of halal jobs, in addition to not violating the teachings of Islam, is that
it can also accumulate the believer a firm belief in Islam in this working environment.
The modern world is a hasty world, and most our working opportunities are the same
work as robots that input programs. In the modern job market, the human factor is
difficult to play, so there is basically no bargaining power for our wages to be raised.
On the other hand, businesses are fiercely competitive. If we stop from working for a
while, we may be eliminated from the business we are working.
Such a busy modern life is not what we want. The life that our Muslims want to live is
a life of religious belief. We want to do things that God wants us to do, not those
things that can only please other human being. We don't want to be blinded by the
earthly life. We hope that God will give us simple work, so that we can spend more
time on prayers and reading the Noble Qur'an. We want to have more time to help
other people also, because only rewards from Allah will make us truly satisfied.
Because Muslims have the common Islamic laws, and have the similar living habits.
Our brothers and sisters may have encountered difficulties in making a living in the
modern world, since there has been no new kind of jobs for us for a long time, when
the world has changed a lot.
Can we explore whether there are new job opportunities? Indeed, no one can create
anything except God. But can we invent? I think an invention is the discovery of some
of the hidden creations, which God has given to us.
Noah made the ark, and the ark was an inspiration that Allah gave to Noah. Noah
obeyed the command from God and made the ark. The Qur'an says that ships and cars
were created by God. Humans can’t create, we can only discover the creation from
God.
As the Quran says:
Quran 8:17
“And you did not kill them, but it was Allah who killed them. And you threw not, [O
Muhammad], when you threw, but it was Allah who threw that He might test the
believers with a good test. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.”
So, if what we invent is actually a knowledge that God has given you, indeed, there is
nothing that can be created except by Allah. Allah is pleased for those servants who
will spend in charity out of the sustenance Allah have given them. Is it always wrong
to invent something? It depends whether the inventions are based on the guidance
from Quran or not. If someone invented something relying only on their cleverness,
those inventions will lead people to pay over attention in the material world. And
people will be deluded by this kind of knowledge, and think that faith is only the myth
of the ancient people.
If people invent something, and in the process of invention, they rely on the help of
God and always pray. And they often read the Noble Qur'an in the process of
encountering problems. Then, I believe this invention is a good invention. Because
this invention is from the grace of Allah, which will make people's faith firmer, and
people will praise that God is a wonderful Lord.
The lack of faith in God as a guidance to science will eventually lead to the emptiness
of the soul. Initially this knowledge may bring some employment and wealth, but later
people became framed by that knowledge. And people will start to reject all the
possibilities of any miracles, as opposite to children, children always have hope in
miracles. People gradually become despair, and they think that there will be no
surprise in life. They think that everything is predictable by human reasonable
deduction. Just as modern medical science believes that from birth to death, the
human body will only go in the direction of decline in Health. Modern economics
believes that rational people always pursue profits, and rational people are always
selfish.
In fact, people need a sense of miracle very much. Life that never amazed in the
miraculous of God's Mercy is not worth living. This is my experience.
As the Quran says:
Quran 112:2
“Allāh, the Eternal, Self-Sufficient Master [whom all creatures turn to for their needs
whilst He has none]”
Quran 13:28
“Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of
Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured."

Dhul-Qarnayn modern Muslim silk business plan

The Quran says:
Quran 18:94
“They said, "O Dhul-Qarnayn, indeed Gog and Magog are [great] corrupters in the
land. So may we assign for you an expenditure that you might make between us and
them a barrier?"”
And the prophet Dhul-Qarnayn (PBUH), said to them: “I don't need your money. The
rewards from my lord is much better than what you offer. I need you to help me with
manpower.” And the prophet Dhul-Qarnayn (PBUH) asked them to bring him sheets
of iron, blow with bellows, melt copper, and make barriers.
In this way, the believers have jobs. Not only jobs appeared, but also an industrial
chain come out. So there are different jobs for the believers to choose. Allah has
gifted different talents to different people, like He gifted different talents to different
prophets.

To cooperate, it is natural to have some people planting land, and have some people
grazing. Then we will have crops and meat provided in the market. I don’t know if
other Muslim brothers and sisters have thought about this… Cain is a disbeliever, and
he is a farmer; Abel is a believer, and he is a shepherd. So if I choose the occupation
with the rather superficial reasoning, then grazing is a safer halal profession than
farming. And also, many prophets are engaged in grazing, and as a Muslims we
should learn from the prophets because they are good examples. But then I read the
story about the Prophet Yusuf (PBUH), Yusuf is actually a farmer that have a huge
farming business, he was the manager of all the grains in Egypt in his time.

In the Qur'an, silk is a treasure. Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) also said that one of
the rewards from Allah in Paradise will be silk.

As time goes by, my motherland China is promoting the One Belt and One Road
business. China is building the railway infrastructure for transportation between
different countries. So, the role of different civilizations had changed. If China is
corresponding to the transport of goods in the modern world, may be there is
something like silk in our Muslim brothers’ lands this time.

I am a person who likes to study medicine. I studied MBBS in University for a year
and a bit more, although I didn't graduate in this subject. Later I am interested in
traditional Chinese medicine and worked in a Chinese medicine clinic for a while. I
like to read those medical-related books in my leisure times. But the development of
medicine is becoming very diverse, and people outside this field have no chance to
research in this profession. In fact, the complex development of modern professions
limited the time for religious life if we are engaged in this profession. Besides these
complicated modern medicines, can we find a path to do research in medicine which
may make life easier?

Later, when I read the Qur'an, I found that the Qur'an mentioned a drink that can cure
diseases - honey. This is wonderful, as I suddenly wanted to do an experiment to
witness the sign from God in the world.
As the Quran says:
Quran 16:68
“And your Lord—[after creating it upon its instinct]—inspired the bee [commanding
it thus]: "Take among the mountains as your homes, and [likewise] among the trees
and in the structures [that men] erect...”
Quran 16:69
“Then eat from [what We have created of] all the flowering plants and thereafter
compliantly follow the paths of your Lord [which He inspired to you in returning to
your homes]." There comes out of their bellies a drink of varying colours in which
there is healing for men. Verily, in that is a sign for a people who contemplate.”
Maybe honeys can form an entire industrial chain, and providing occupations for
brothers and sisters which allow them to play to their strengths.
Although honeys from different provider looks the same, but when the industrial
process of honeys are in different climates, different soil, with different food given to
bees, the outcome of the honeys may be very different in the pharmacodynamic effect.
I will give an example of making silk. The original silk came from my motherland,
China. In China, silk was taken from silkworms. Due to the influence of the
environment and people's farming techniques, the silk was fine and smooth. Later,
Persian also received silkworm rearing. With the knowledge of processing silk,
Persians started to make their own silk. However, because of the different climate, soil
and water, and the cultivation skills of people, the silk is thick and rough. At that time,
Muslims are in a prosperous period, and the Muslims of Persia used their silks to
make carpets, and eventually the Persian carpets become very famous. Many Muslims
use this carpet to establish prayer on it. The carpet provides a solemn and clean
environment to pray. And with the unique pattern of Islamic design, it looks more
quiet and joyful.
Therefore, different Muslim brothers and sisters may make very different honeys.
Of course, I am not suggesting that Muslim brothers and sisters should be directly
beekeepers at home, it is very difficult to keep bees in modern flats.
In fact, I think there is more chance to success when we only need to do simple work,
because we will have more time to pray and recite Quran. So if we are interested to
affect the process of making honeys, we can try planting flower as a sideline, planting
species of flowers that the bees will pick. We can plant a pot of flowers from the seeds
at home. There are times that we do prayers in home, and sometimes we recite the
Qur'an in home also. This auspicious environment may be very good for planting
flowers, as our product will be blessed by our God.
Moreover, the believers may suddenly have some inspirations from God, what we
called wahy in Islam. For example, our brothers and sisters may want to add
something to the planting, or put the pot of flower under the light somewhere they
think special to shine, or take it somewhere on a day journey. These human factors
may make the flowers to grow some very different pollen, and the bees collected
those special pollen may provide honey that have special healing effects. And we
should mark down different provider’s name and the place where the honeys come
from on the jar that containing the correspondent honey, and we may have a new
direction of studying medicines that exerts human strengths.
There is an example of wahy in the Noble Quran:
Quran 28:7
“And We inspired to the mother of Moses, "Suckle him; but when you fear for him,
cast him into the river and do not fear and do not grieve. Indeed, We will return him to
you and will make him [one] of the messengers."”
If the mother of Moses is not guided by God, she will not cast Moses into the river,
because no one will think that her son can escape from the killing ordered by Pharaoh.
And the method is so simple, just obey the wahy given by our God, and do a small
step – cast her son into the river, and Moses escaped the possible early death.
Modern people are full of all kinds of complicated knowledge, they simply don't
believe that a small step of human factors can produce a great change. After people
have more knowledges, all they know is something most people know also.
Nowadays most of our common knowledges can be searched via the internet. This
kind of common factual knowledges are bounding people to gain knowledges that
revealed by God. Knowledges from God will surely make he or she amazed and have
a new concept to see the world.
As the Quran says:
Quran 2:255
“Allah - there is no deity [worthy of worship] except Him, the Ever-Living, the
Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him
belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can
intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before
them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge
except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their
preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.”
From the Noble Quran, we know that Allah does what He wills. This is very different
from other religions, since other religion will state that everything is governed by
some rules. If life is only governed by some rules, life will be very rigid.
Muslims believe that everything is owned by the Creator of the Most High, and Allah
is beyond what people describe.
If we only applying rules without wisdom, it will lead to unjust. And so, we always
need pray for our God to help.
As the Quran says:
Quran 2:32
“They said, "Exalted are You; we have no knowledge except what You have taught us.
Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, the Wise."”
We may finally make some honeys with different healing effect, and we may finally
have a job that can utilize human strength. There will be new working environment
and new direction of medical research. In the beginning this is only an idea, but there
is something worth to try in this plan. Don't we want to use the knowledges we read
and obtained from Qur'an and apply them in our lives?

The story of Prophet Yusuf (PBUH)

In the story of Prophet Yusuf (PBUH), he finally met a wise King of Egypt. Yusuf
passed the test in life with patience and wisdom, and God give him a very good
opportunity to work and do more good deeds.
And there are wonderful things in the story. At that time, the Egyptian king made a
Dream, and Yusuf uses the knowledge taught by God to explain the dream for the
king of Egypt.
As the Quran says:
Quran 12:47-49
“[(Yusuf (Joseph)] said, "You will plant for seven years consecutively; and what you
harvest leave in its spikes, except a little from which you will eat.
Yusuf proposed the King of Egypt to carefully store the harvest for the next se1ven
years, preparing for the next seven years of poor harvest.”
“Then will come after that seven difficult [years] which will consume what you saved
for them, except a little from which you will store.”
“Then will come after that a year in which the people will be given rain and in which
they will press [olives and grapes]."”
.
I don’t think any modern employer will follow the advice from Yusuf, modern
employers are impatient. Since there is a bumper harvest, employers are eager to
squander these excessive crops to enjoy this wealth. People are reluctant to hire a
person to reduce their enjoyment of wealth in front them.
But we know, our God appreciate patience, our God appreciate those people who have
foresight in worldly issues. And as a Muslim, we should always think further – think
about next life and prepare for it.
And so, Yusuf start to follow God’s command, and people in his time don’t need to
suffer from starving.
And this plan – Muslims plant flowers to get blessing honeys business plan, it will not
generate any income at the starting point. Flower need time to grow, bees make
honeys need time. In fact, there will be some cost at the beginning, although I think
this plan can be processed with a relatively low cost. And by the end of the day, will
the honey we make in this plan actually have more cure effect than ordinary honeys?
This will be uncertain at the early stage, and I hope that this plan is blessed by Allah.
The reason why I am thinking this plan is because our society needs more different
jobs and more different attempts. If this plan fails, it is because of my
misinterpretation of our Noble Qur'an. I pray for the forgiveness of Allah and repent
to Him.
But I don't want to give up this plan without try. The plan maybe in a right direction,
so I wrote this plan out as a book and hope that it is an idea given to me from God.
And the process of how I interpret the idea with the guidance of our Noble Quran,
may lead to other wiser Muslims to start another plan that actually work, even if I
have failed.
In the story of the first Prophet Adam (PBUH), we realize that people can actually
learn from the mistake of others, and prevent themselves to do the same mistake.
When Allah reminds Prophet Adam (PBUH) don't approach that tree, Adam realize
that he must accept the test from Allah and do it honestly. But this tree has always
existed, so the chance to approach that tree existed every day. And one day, the devil
uses the weakness of human, and Adam and his wife disobeyed God’s command.
But Adam is still one of the Prophets that Allah love. He is the first human to try the
test, this show his bravery.
Later, Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH), noticed the story of Adam, and he complete the test
in the light of the history of Adam: Ibrahim broke the idols into fragments, and so he
need not to worship idols like the people around him.
However, another new test came to the later prophet, Yusuf (PBUH). This time the
test is not about tree and idol, rather, the test is about a woman, the wife of the Egypt
minister.
Yusuf has a true dream from Allah when he is young. This should be because his
father always taught him stories of Prophets, and so he knows how to live the life that
Allah is pleased with.
And one day, the test come, and Yusuf is a calm and reasonable man. A woman wants
him to hug her, and he know that he can’t hurt her, this is a common sense. So Prophet
Yusuf (PBUH), try another way to pass the test: do your best to escape from the
temptation. Escape from the temptation as many times as you can; and run away from
it as far as you can. And Allah is pleased with his attempt, and Allah teach him the
interpretation of events.
The successful method of Prophet Yusuf helped the youths who fled to the cave in the
time of tyrant king.
As the Quran says:
Quran 18:10
“[Mention] when the youths retreated to the cave and said, "Our Lord, grant us from
Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance."”

The tyrant king oppressing the people and prevent others to follow the way of Allah.
The Muslim youths do not want to change their religion, and so they try their best to
stay away from the unbeliever, like what Prophet Yusuf did.
As the Quran says:
Quran 39:10
“Say, "O My servants who have believed, fear your Lord. For those who do good in
this world is good, and the earth of Allah is spacious. Indeed, the patient will be given
their reward without account."”
But the tyrant king maybe alive for most of the Muslim youths’ life, then the test will
be too difficult for them. But after they stayed in the cave for awhile or a day, one of
them come out from the cave, and they find that the tyrant king disappeared long ago.
Because three hundred years in the world has passed when they are in the cave for
about a day. And they succeeded in passing the test of life from God.

Through studying of the Noble Quran, we should learn the good behaviors of our
Prophets. Sometimes we can follow the case exactly, this is the time when we can
have former people plant trees, later generations enjoy the cool. But we may have new
test which our test has a slightly different situation. This is the time when our God
wanted us to make a reasonable brave attempt. Our guidance is the Noble Quran, the
Fountainhead of all knowledges. If we don’t try to reasonably interpret the knowledge
from reciting Quran and figure out the right way to deal with the new situation in our
life, there will be hardly a sign for ourselves to prove the truth in our life.
As the Quran says:
Quran 16:51
“And Allah has said, "Do not take for yourselves two deities. He is but one God, so
fear only Me."”
We want to live like our greatest Prophet, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). We want to
apply all the teachings from Quran into our life to become a successful happy
Muslim.
Other people may not know your situation, but Allah knows best. So follow Allah’s
command, and take a reasonable move in the guidance of the Noble Quran.

Learn from the stories of prophets to understand the mystery of Allah's creation of
all things
Let's start talking about the possible modern Muslim silk-like product, which is the
honey specifically mentioned in the Qur'an as a drink that can cure diseases. If we
somehow figure out the way to process the honeys and obtained very obvious healing
effect of those honeys, the plan of sideline employment of Muslims will be a
successful attempt. And when there is a new type of occupation arise, it may form an
industrial chain, and then it may form an economic belt, and promoting local
employment.

First of all, we have to build a beekeeping garden, which can be called as the Adam
Beekeeping Garden. This beekeeping garden belongs to everyone, mainly there are
many automated intelligent beekeeping boxes. And there will also be a large
greenhouse in the garden. And in the greenhouse, there are many small inter-pane
greenhouses.
The beekeeping gardens will have many flowers grown by our brothers and sisters.
The flowers’ quality is tested to ensure there are no harmful substances. And some
flowers that will lead bees provide honeys with special medical effects may be
confirmed by medical experiments.
The garden outdoor part will have lots of tested flowers from our brothers and sisters
in the bee-keeping garden, which is collected by bees and the bees will provide
healing honeys by eating those flowers’ pollen.
The inter-board greenhouse can be called as the Yunus independent honey
greenhouse. There are many separate rooms in the greenhouse. And in each small
independent room, there are small beekeeping boxes in each separate room, separated
from other flowers, leaving only a pot of flowers and a small artificial beehive in it
isolated. Then we want to test whether the chemical quality of the flowers planted by
one of us that if there any harmful substance in the flower, which will affect the bees
to provide the harmful honey. So some bees in this isolated room will have only one
plant flower’s pollen to eat, and their product of honey will be mainly affected by the
quality of the single pot of flower. The bee may not have enough food to provide
honey when they have only one pot of flower to feed them. So we might also feed the
isolated bees something like white sugar to ensure they have enough food to provide
enough amount of honey sample to do the quality test.
And then, if we find that the flowers don’t have harmful chemicals, we may perform
medical experiment with this isolated sample to see its there any special healing effect
of the honey,

Salih Honey Quality Inspection Department, is a department with scientists of

chemistry field, to test whether the isolated honey sample have any harmful substance
or not. And this will ensure the flower provided by our brothers and sisters do not
have the problem to provide healthy food for bees to make honey.
Idris Honey Pharmacology Research Center. It is a medical center that using harmless
honey samples to test whether the honey produced by the flowers grown by Muslims
will bring some good surprises in medical research.
The beekeeping box can be called as the Solomon Beekeeping Box.
As the Quran says:
Quran 27:17
“And gathered for Solomon were his soldiers of the jinn and men and birds, and they
were [marching] in rows.”
And Quran 27:16
And Solomon inherited David. He said, "O people, we have been taught the language
of birds, and we have been given from all things. Indeed, this is evident bounty."

Solomon can also hear ants’ language, as the Quran says:

As the Quran 27:18-19 says:
“Until, when they came upon the valley of the ants, an ant said, "O ants, enter your
dwellings that you not be crushed by Solomon and his soldiers while they perceive
not."”
“So [Solomon] smiled, amused at her speech, and said, "My Lord, enable me to be
grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and
to do righteousness of which You approve. And admit me by Your mercy into [the
ranks of] Your righteous servants."”

Muslims’ Planting Flowers Equipment Set

I hope that this new industry will not bother or disturb our Muslim faithful life.
So we need a store providing following products as a rather automatic planting flower
equipment set:
1. Ibrahim Intelligent Flower Planter Pot
2. Luqman Flower Seeds
3. Isa Plant Nutrient Water
4. Musa Water Filter

Ibrahim Intelligent Flower Planter Pot will have a lamp for light source if needed,
easy water refill tank, easy nutrient source input, and enough planting space for
flowers that grow in soil or grow in water.
I hope that this equipment can be obtained with relatively low cost, so people are not
difficult to attempt this sideline job. Let’s hope that this will be a job that will lead
people to praise to Allah. And we will gain material and spiritual wealth together
when attempting a halal job.
Luqman Flower Seeds. These are those seeds that can plant different flowers that bees
will pick, for different brothers and sisters to try growing a blessing flower.
As the Quran says:
Quran 31:16
“[And Luqman said], "O my son, indeed if wrong should be the weight of a mustard
seed and should be within a rock or [anywhere] in the heavens or in the earth, Allah
will bring it forth. Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Acquainted.”
Isa Plant Nutrient Water. I hope that those nutrient waters will make the flowers grow
healthy, and those flowers will make the bees strong. Finally, the honey from the belly
of the bees can cure diseases.
Musa Water Filter. When we are unable to grow the flower properly in home, it is
always due to the contamination of the water source. We need to make the tap water at
home clean enough to grow plant, so we need a water filter.
As the Quran says:
Quran 7:160
“And We divided them into twelve descendant tribes [as distinct] nations. And We
inspired to Moses when his people implored him for water, "Strike with your staff the
stone," and there gushed forth from it twelve springs. Every people knew its watering
place. And We shaded them with clouds and sent down upon them manna and quails,
[saying], "Eat from the good things with which We have provided you." And they
wronged Us not, but they were [only] wronging themselves.”

Businesses development steps

Frankly speaking, planting flowers can only be a sideline at the beginning. We must
have a salary guaranteed job at the beginning, because planting flowers to provide
healing honeyis still in an uncertain stage of research. It is just an idea at this early
stage.
I hope that our brothers and sisters will have an affordable flower planting set, which
can plant flower that don’t need to spend much time daily. That way, it will not affect
our own duties, nor will it affect the ministry of our faith.
In the beginning, there is a need to create some jobs, so that Muslim brothers and
sisters have the capital to engage in this simple sideline. For example, working in a
farm, working in textiles and other light industries. Or the local government provides
infrastructure projects for employment and other public services employments, such
as the increase of postal services occupations. We can also build more libraries, hire
more people to become librarian or library assistants. Libraries will provide more
employments and enrich the knowledge of scholars who like reading. The library's
collection will have books about our Muslim knowledge. There can be other history
books about other countries. Our Noble Qur'an contains a lot of important history, in
contrast other history book not be as accurate as Quran, because most of them are
future generations recording predecessors. Those other history books may contain lies
and biased.
We should encourage determined Muslims to re-examine those histories with our
Muslim’s field of visions in the guidance of Quran. We may be able to travel on the
land within our spirit, and witness the different endings of the people in the past are
due to which choices they made.
As the Quran says:
Quran 3:137
“Similar situations [as yours] have passed on before you, so proceed throughout the
earth and observe how was the end of those who denied.”

In this way, we may be able to propose meaningful policy directions for the local
government, and may have more knowledge to deal with different world issues. With
our firm belief, through the judgment of the tendency of history, we may find that
what God want us to do in this modern world.
The most important task of any time and space will never change. Worshiping Allah
alone is always the most important task.
But in every era, there may be some special tasks for that particular time. For
example, Noah need to build an ark; Yusuf need to interpret events. Perhaps we have
specific mission in this modern world, lets pray to Allah and may Allah guide us to
complete our tasks.

Comfortable grace strengthens the heart of gratitude

When the flowers grown by our Muslim brothers and sisters are ready for feeding
bees, they can gain certain tokens when they leave the flowers for Adam Beekeeping
Garden. The longer the time they provide the flowers for the Garden, the more the
tokens they can gain. They can get back their flowers when they want to further
improve the flowers.
And if the honey sells for a good price, then they get a share of the money.
There will be a store of some medical devices from China that can be bought only
with token and will not accept cash or other currency. This is because in the story of
Prophet Dhul-Qarnayn (PBUH), we know that an occupation that is blessed by God
don’t always just seek to make money. Prophet Dhul-Qarnayn asked his people to
provide human strength, but not money. When people finish a task with their strength,
they have more feeling of fullness and gain. In the end of the story, Allah has given a
clear victory to Prophet Dhul-Qarnayn and his people. Everyone joined the Prophet
are happy with the rewards they gained with their sweat and tear. This is very
different from that people can only provide financial support for the task, they will
feel less involved in the task.
These medical devices will need some scholar to ensure there is no haram substances
in them. Once they are proven Halal, I hope that this machines or health care products
provide comforts for our brothers and sisters.
For the products I choose is because they make me remember some of the stories of
the Prophets, and I hope that in the light of the stories of our Prophet, we will have
further improvement of our quality of life.

1. Noah Foot Bath Machine

2. Dawud Massage helmet
3. Yusuf Herbal Pillow

Noah Foot Bath Machine. Foot bath machine is an ancient Chinese method of health
preservation. In ancient times, people used to get a basin of water, and boil the water
to a safe and comfortable temperature, and then dipping their feet in the foot bath
basin for awhile.

The foot bath machine looks like an ark. There are freshwater stored in the ark for
people to drink and wash. When the flood come and there is heavy rain outside, the
roof of the ark will be covered. It is hard to collect rain water when there is heavy
rain. But before the flood and rain come, Noah’s Ark will be dry outside and there will
be some freshwater stored inside like the foot bath machine.
As the Quran says:
Quran 25:53
“And it is He who has released [simultaneously] the two seas, one fresh and sweet and
one salty and bitter, and He placed between them a barrier and prohibiting partition.”

I hope that these objects will remind us the stories of the Prophets in Qur'an. We need
occupations that will always remind us the teachings in Qur'an. Increase Taqwa and
remembering Allah with the heart, it is the key to be peaceful and successful.

Dawud Massage helmet. As the Quran says:

Quran 21:80
“And We taught him the fashioning of coats of armor to protect you from your
[enemy in] battle. So will you then be grateful?”

Yusuf Herbal Pillow. If the pillow contains chrysanthemum and mulberry leaf, it can
relieve eye itching in some cases.
The difficulties of the early life of Prophet Yusuf (PBUH) is like a nightmare followed
by a nightmare. Prophet Yusuf (PBUH) has been trapped in a well, and has also been
trapped in the jail. Prophet Yusuf (PBUH) is confined in his early life, like he is
sleeping.
The nightmare in life or in dream is tests from our God, as the Quran says:
Quran 2:155
“And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth
and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient.”

And Yusuf finally come out of nightmare, and his good dream come true. Let’s pray to
Allah for giving us good sleep and good dream, Amen

These health preservation devices may help our planting flowers process.
Although they are pretty safe in most cases, but still we need to use with cautions.
The foot bath machine needed to beware of the water temperature, and avoid sleeping
when using it; don’t use massage helmet if someone has recent head injury; and
because of the vast types of different allergies existed, we should stop using the herbal
pillow when allergy symptoms appeared.
The main purposes of these items, is to remind us the stories of Prophets in Quran. As
the story of Prophet Dhul-Qarnayn (PBUH), he asked his people to bring him sheets
of iron, blow with bellows, melt copper, and make barriers. These activities also have
to be done with cautions.
May Allah protect us all, Amen.

Social responsibilities for taking care orphans

If the whole research honey business is fruitful, we should pay attention to a social
responsibility, to look after orphans and protect orphans’ rights.
The Noble Qur'an has repeatedly mentioned that we must treat orphans fairly, we have
to help them.
Happy childhood is the gift of God to children. As the Quran says:
Quran 4:10
“Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into
their bellies fire. And they will be burned in a Blaze.”

We need to build good orphanages that provide the children food and good education.
But we should not force children to learn in an excessive hard-working way, or
children will be blinded by the earthly life. Children should have a happy childhood,
and they will praise to God.
As the Quran says:
Quran 47:36
“[This] worldly life is only amusement and diversion. And if you believe and fear
Allah, He will give you your rewards and not ask you for your properties.”

Postscript
After I believe in Islam, my heart is quiet and peaceful. To be honest, I only knew
God in my middle age. I learned different religions before, and finally found that
Islam is the most authentic and reasonable religion.
I met a Muslim brother once in my place. He told me that he was unemployed today,
so he doesn’t have enough money to buy food and rent a living place.
At that time, I am working in the library as library assistant. I have some income, so I
gave him some of my salary I just got. It is a pleasure to have an opportunity to do
something for Allah.
Then I and the brother began to head to separate directions. After a few steps, I turned
back to and said: “May Allah bless you.”
The Muslim brother turn back and say: “Thank you.”
I need to remind him that he needs the help from our God, because the money I gave
him will not be enough for the necessities of living later. When I was working in
library, my heart keeps praying to God and hope that my job will go smooth. We must
remind people to have faith in God during difficult times, that’s the only way to solve
our problems.

The main purpose of life is to worship Allah. As the Quran says:

Quran 11:21
“Allāh, the Eternal, Self-Sufficient Master [whom all creatures turn to for their needs
whilst He has none].”

Quran 2:257
“Allah is the ally of those who believe. He brings them out from darknesses into the
light. And those who disbelieve - their allies are Taghut. They take them out of the
light into darknesses. Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide eternally
therein.”

I hope that everyone has a stable, meaningful and dignified career as a profession.
In this cold machine age, we must pray to our Lord. We need a more humane work,
and the working environment of it can increase our faith. We want to be in jobs that
Allah pleased.
I wish you all have great successes.
Praise to Allah, Amen.
