Graham Anderson
MS, CSCS, USAW-1
Holding a Masters degree in Exercise Science, Graham is our head trainer here at
The Lake Club Fitness Center. He is also a Nationally Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist and a USA Level 1 Weightlifting Professional. With these
certifications and sixteen year background as an athletic performance coach for
various teams including: NY Yankees, Jacksonville Jaguars, Coastal Carolina,
USF, and University of Hartford; Graham is able to tailor any program to his
clients needs and goals. He brings his detailed, high energy, and motivated
personality to each session and always ensures that his clients goals are attainable
with each detailed program he creates.

Bryan Lukas
M.Ed., CPT-ACE
Nationally Certified Personal Trainer holdingspecializationsin Sports Conditioning and
Functional Trainingthroughthe American Council on Exercisewith a Bachelors
degreefromthe University of West Georgia and a Mastersin Educationfromthe
Universityof West Florida. Havingthisbackground has enabled Bryanto become
certified in Physical Educationand Healthbythe FLDOE. Hisbackground asan
NCAA athlete infootball aswell asteaching and coachingatthe highschool level
hasgiven Bryan a great passionforfitness andthe properskill setto designprograms and
workouts that areindividualized perfectly forclientstosucceed and reach their goals.

Beth Myers
AFAA, CPT-ACE
Beth is an AFAA certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor
since graduating from Towson University in 1995. Her favorite classes combine cardio,
strength, and stretch. Her personal training clients range from pre-teens to great-
grandparents, and from cautious beginners to seasoned NFL and NBA players. She
spends most of the year in our Sunshine State teaching and coaching swimmers of all
ages, and adapting water workouts for injured and recovering athletes. Her main goal in
the pool or in the gym is to help clients forge a fitness path that enhances their lives in
both realistic and enjoyable ways.

Michael VanDeventer
BA in Ex Sci, CPT-ACE

Michael earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Ball State University
where he played for the golf team. He has a strong passion for athletics and fitness.
As an ACE certified personal trainer and with experience training a variety of
individuals, he knows firsthand how taking care of your body can positively impact
your game. He currently competes on PGA tour Latinoamerica and the West
Florida golf tour when he isn't training.

Josh Kosko
CPT-ACE
Expert Rating Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping clients of all
ages achieve their fitness goals. Josh has a deep passion for athletics and an
emmense love for helping clients develop fitness programs that help them
achieve their athletic goals. Josh specializes in Athletic Training, Strength and
Conditioning, and Speed/Agility Training

Kyle Ferrell
MA, CSCS, USAW Kyle has a degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University and
received his Masters degree in Sport Administration and recreation from Kent
State University. He has worked at West Point, Kent State University, and
Notre Dame College as well as over 100 all-conference athletes and been apart
of 10 conference championship teams. Kyle is a talented in developing the right
fitness program to improve your game and incorporating his experience in the
field and on the court to help your game reach and maximize your potential as
an athlete.
