Crisis Management Plan

Based on my understanding on what is crisis management plan, it is an already prepared

step by step process on how to solve a situation where critical in nature. Crisis management plan
commonly used in an organization which experiencing or facing threats like bankruptcy or
something like that where can make the organization fall to its feet. Commonly the crisis
management plan is a strategy which created by the superior members whose capable of thinking
a solution in the moment they detect or trace that some crisis arises.

The importance of having a crisis management plan is that you will prevent the crisis to
become worst because as the management study guide says, swift decision without thinking it
deeply will just worsen the crisis. Second is by the help of the plan, you can guide your
subordinates or co-workers effectively in other to overcome that crises because there a list where
you can follow. Third you will have a certain prediction on what will happen because you
analyze the pros and cons by the help of the plan which can result to fewer aftereffects. And
lastly you can prevent the threats in your organization because the plan has a power to secure
you in putting the organization in to worst case scenario.
