D. GENERALIZATION

As we can see in the image I edited, pharming and phishing has similar modes of operation and that is
getting personal information to those individual including their ATM card password. The only difference
between the 2 is in phishing, the perpetrator will lure the potential target by sending a message using
fake corporation to get the information that he wanted. On the other hand, pharming will get the
potential target’s information by redirecting him in the website without his consent that’s why pharming
was also known as phishing without lure.
