The data is shown in the form of column graphs, which compare the percentages of the ownership of
computer from 2002 to 2010 and the ownership of computer by education level for the years 2002 and
2010. In general, the computer owing had increased steadily in the period from the year 2002 to 2010, and
the computer owning of five education levels in 2010 was higher than it in 2002.
Looking into for more detail, the first graph displays that computer ownership accounted for around 55%
in 2002, and it had increased by around 2% every two years, and it reached the highest at 80% in 2010.
In the second graph, In 2002, while the computer owning of people who have no high school diploma was
the lowest; it reached about 15%, the computer owing of people who have postgraduate qualification was
the highest; it reached around 95%. The percentage of computer owning for all education levels in 2010
was higher than it in 2002. The increase in the percentage of computer owning reached by 30% for three
kinds of people who have no high school diploma, high school graduate and college student, whereas it
reached by 20% for two kinds of people who have bachelor's degrees and postgraduate's qualification.
