OBJECTIVES. At the end of the session, the students are able to:
1. Explain the valid grounds for termination of employment.
2. Explain the procedure for dismissal of employees.
3. Evaluate whether an employee is illegally dismissed, given a set of
facts.
4. Determine the appropriate remedies available to an illegally dismissed
employee.
