COVID Restrictions for MAP testing:

Masks need to be worn at all times.

Social distance of 3ft. needs to be maintained.

Have students bring a water bottle or bottle of water.

A bag of extra face masks will be given to you for those students that forget their mask.

If you have to touch the students’ chrome book, sanitize your hands before and after touching their
chrome book.

If students use headphones the headphones need to be wiped down with alcohol and cloth before
another student can use them.

If you are having your parents stay while their student is taking the MAP test they need to wait outside.

If you need extra PPE please let Nurse Anne know.

If you need headphones please let me (Candice) know.

You’ll be given extra bottles of water for students that forget theirs. Extra bottles of water will also be in
the lounge if you need to grab more between sessions.

When you are done with your testing sessions please bring any unused facemasks to Nurse Anne.

Please turn in your MAP testing schedule in to the office by Friday (October 2nd) with dates, times, and
students’ names. We need to know who is on campus and when.
