Important Instructions for the Students

We would really urge you to act responsibly at this very challenging time.

All health and safety protocols need to be followed and we will need your full support at all
times to follow the instructions on safety measures.

Your cooperation will ensure the Mock exam session and Workshops can be conducted
effectively and everyone’s learning outcomes are optimally attained.

Kindly note the following:

 Candidates are requested to bring their valid Registration card/receipt along with an ID
document i.e. CNIC/Smart card (only) or Copy of Passport in case of foreign nationals.
 Only registered candidates will be allowed to enter the premises hence do not bring along
friends or family members.
 It is advisable for parents/drivers to drop off the children and leave, however, if they want
to wait, they will have to do so in the parking lot, they will not be allowed access within
the premises.
 From entry to exit, the stay in the host school’s premises ought to be peaceful and the
school’s property i.e. furniture, fittings, plants need to be taken care of. The respective
student will be held responsible for any damage to the school’s property.

Allowed items:
 The host school will not provide any stationery on the mock exam day to the candidates.
Candidates are requested to please bring their items in a transparent bag.
 Pens (blue or black ink only), pencils, erasers (without wrappers), should be carried in
transparent cases only.
 The students are requested to bring along a clip-board to be used in the examination hall.

Disallowed items

 Mobile phones, pagers, calculator cases/instruction leaflets, bags, books, pencil cases,
sunglasses, caps, personal stereos, computers of any kind, smart watches, fitness bands,
wristwatches with data storage device, analogue or digital wristwatches, programmable
watches, palm-top computers or any other kind of equipment are strictly prohibited inside
the mock examination hall/room. Wallet(s) are strictly not allowed to be taken at the
mock exam venue.

 Disallowed items will be taken from the candidates and returned after the mock exam
session.

 All valuables are the sole responsibility of the candidate. Candidates are advised not to
bring any valuables with them to the mock examination venue. The host school will not
be responsible for any loss/damage of valuables or any other items at the mock
examination venue.

Health and Safety Protocols:

 Bring your face mask, sanitizer, and a transparent water bottle along on exam day. Please
note that wearing a mask is a mandatory requirement to enter the school premises
 Keep your face masks on while at the exam venue and attempting your exam.
 Do not gather in groups outside the exam venue either before or after the exam.
 Cooperate with our staff, as there will be temperature checks before entering the exam
hall and it might add a little waiting time.
 Temperatures will be checked before you enter the exam venue. Candidates having
higher than normal temperatures will not be allowed inside the mock exam venue.
 If you are suffering from flu, fever, or cough, please inform the focal person of the exam
session. Please stay home if you feel unwell as we will be returning the candidates who
appear to have such symptoms on the mock exam day.
 Candidate who have had contact with a COVID-19 patient are advised to stay home
 Our staff will be wearing masks while managing the candidates.
 When arriving at the venue or exiting please strictly follow social distancing of at least
two meters.
 Students are advised to avoid bringing any eatables to the venue, water bottles will be
available and cafeteria will also be operational, only during the session breaks.
